Readigo is operated by Shevchuk Maksym, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. How a refund works depends on where you bought your Subscription.
1.Bought in the App (App Store)
Subscriptions bought in the Readigo app are sold and billed by Apple, and Apple decides refund requests under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
To stop future renewals, cancel in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
2.Bought on our website
We’re building a web version of Readigo. When you can subscribe on our website, orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle charges your card, sends the receipt and pays out the refund.
- 14-day refund. You can ask for a full refund of any website payment within 14 days of that payment. You don’t have to give a reason.
- How to ask. Email support@readigo.app from the address you used at checkout, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
- Where the money goes. The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.
- Cancelling. Cancelling a website subscription stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancelling doesn’t refund a payment by itself, so ask for the refund within the 14 days.
- After 14 days a payment is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
3.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal described in Section 7.7 of our Terms of Service.
